As General Supervisor of the Women’s Department of the Association of Independent Holiness Churches (AIHC), Mother Ruby N. Thomas provides visionary and dedicated leadership. The Women’s Department exists to inform, instruct, and inspire the saints, ensuring that women remain spiritually grounded and informed to be effective in ministry, witness, counseling, and service.

As President of the Women’s Department, she organizes and presides over the Annual Women's Convention, which has strengthened connections across the association. It creates opportunities for women to exercise their gifts while fostering unity, fellowship, and harmony.  The department also serves as a financial blessing to AIHC, supporting operational expenses, providing scholarships for graduating seniors, and contributing to major projects for AIHC School of Biblical Studies.

Women's leadership is not new to Mother Thomas—she is not a novice. For years, she has faithfully served in leadership roles within her local church. Her experience, coupled with bright and innovative ideas, continues to move the department forward with excellence and purpose. She also works in unity with and in support of the President of AIHC, helping to strengthen the overall vision.
