AIHC Structure

AIHC Executive Committee

​The executive officers of AIHC work collaboratively to oversee the spiritual and business affairs of the Association. Their job descriptions are in compliance with the mission and purpose of AIHC. Their duties are described as follow:
The president is responsible for ensuring that the Board of Directors and its members a) are aware of and fulfill their governance responsibilities; b) comply with applicable laws and bylaws; c) conduct board business effectively and efficiently; and d) are accountable for their performance.
The vice-presidents ensures that the organization maintains positive and productive relationships with media, funders, donors, and other organizations. In this capacity, the vice-presidents serve as the spokespersons for the organization in the absence of the president. Their responsible for the following tasks:
a. representing the organization to the media;
b. representing the organization on governmental or nongovernmental organizations and committees; ​
c. timely and appropriate reporting of Board decisions and actions to members and/or funders and/or donors. ​

Executive Board

The executive board is the executive branch of AIHC. It's made up of the pastors of AIHC. This branch is tasked with the general oversight of AIHC. It discusses and advances all spiritual matters and major administrative matters of our association.

The General Assembly

The general assembly is the legislative branch of AIHC. This is where our by-laws, policies, and rules of order are debated and voted up or down. The constituents of this body is made up of the general officers of AIHC, all pastors, their wives, all ordained clergy, and up to three members of the pastor's congregation.

Credentials Committee

The credentials committee​ has been assigned the duty of recommending those potential candidates for specialized licenses in ministry through an evaluation process. This process includes interviewing and carefully examining the applicants' profile to ensure that the candidates' qualifications are in accordance with the procedures and guidelines of this Association. It is important that the applicants' beliefs and principles are closely aligned with AIHC's beliefs and principles.

Hospitality Committee

The hospitality committee is assigned to express the love and concern to the members of AIHC during their time of adversity. These expressions may take the form of a simple card of acknowledgment, a hospital visit, or providing financial support.

Judiciary Board

The judiciary board serves to adjudicate all matters of dispute brought forth in a formal written complaint relative to the clergy, doctrine, and administration. The judiciary, after reviewing a complaint will determine if it warrants further action.

Adjutancy

The adjutancy is responsible for the processional, seating, and pronouncement protocols of all AIHC services. It maintains proper order and respect between the presidium and the laity. It serves the leadership of AIHC.

Dean of Holy Ordinances

The dean of holy ordinances is responsible for the preparation of the LORD's Holy Communion, Water Baptism, and the service of washing the saints feet. He/She is  responsible for the proper maintenance of the holy vessels and linens used in the performance of these services. In addition, the dean has the responsibility of teaching other evangelists the procedures on how to properly assist the celebrant in the holy services.
